During the summer assembly season each year, fellowship groups are on hiatus unless otherwise noted.

Sunday Fellowship Hour

First & Third Sundays – 12:00pm – Truesdale Hall

Every first Sunday of the month, the youth group helps to serve our Soup N Muffin fellowship, and then third Sundays will feature some basic refreshments. Both begin right after worship ends, in Truesdale Hall.

Handbell Choir

Sundays – 12:00pm – Choir Room

The handbell choir plays seasonally in worship and is always open to new members. Don’t know how to ring but always wanted to learn? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Rehearsal is right after worship, downstairs in the Choir Room. If it’s a Fellowship Hour week, don’t fret! The folks upstairs always save some refreshments for the bell choir.

Choir

Tuesdays – 5:30pm – Sanctuary

The choir is always open to new and interested singers. There is no experience necessary—not even music-reading! We rehearse every week and sing in worship about twice a month.

We gather every Tuesday night at 5:30pm to sing together for about an hour. Afterward, we often go to Bellini’s for burgers and fellowship!

Prayer Fellowship

Wednesdays – 10:00am – Parlor

The Hurlbut Prayer Fellowship meets weekly on Wednesday mornings to lift up joys and concerns from worship, as well as other prayer requests. Each week, we focus prayer on four families affiliated with our congregation, in addition to the other prayer requests.

You are invited to join us in-person in the Parlor, any week you are available. If you can’t make it, we encourage you to set aside a few minutes at 10:30am each Wednesday to pray with us from wherever you are.

Men’s Breakfast

Third Wednesdays – 8:00am – Bemus Point Inn

Every third Wednesday of the month, the men of Hurlbut gather for breakfast and fellowship at the Bemus Point Inn. Anyone who identifies as a man or as masc is welcome to join us!

Women’s Dinner

First Thursdays – 5:00pm – Bellini’s Lounge

Every first Thursday of the month, the women of Hurlbut gather for wing night and fellowship at Bellini’s, within the Chautauqua Suites. Anyone who identifies as a woman or as femme is welcome to join us!
