Pastor Carmen will be leading a study on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm-8:00pm on Zoom. The study is entitled, Incarnation: Rediscovering the Significance of Christmasby Adam Hamilton. In this study, we will examine the names that the gospel writers used for Christ. We will explore the historical and personal significance of these names in order that we might reclaim the Christ Child who brings us together, heals our hearts, and calls us to bring light into the darkness.
The dates for this study will be: Thursday, November 19, Thursday, December 3, Thursday, December 10, and Thursday, December 17.
Please sign up for the study before Thursday, November 5, 2020 by contacting Debbie Caruso or Pastor Carmen, so that we can make sure to order enough books and get them distributed before the study begins. If you would like to keep your copy of the book, we kindly ask that you make a donation of your choosing to Hurlbut Memorial Community United Methodist Church.
Any remaining books from the study will be donated to the Upper New York Conference Resource Center following the completion of the study. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Carmen directly on her cell phone (voice or text message), by email, or by Facebook Messenger
